Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the treatment of choice for individuals who have difficulties with emotional regulation and acting on various coping urges. We are committed to providing compassionate and individualized treatment which seeks to strike the balance between acceptance and change and help our clients find a life worth living.

DBT incorporates a combination of traditional talk therapy with a curriculum of specific skills aimed at increasing

Some of our clinicians are foundationally trained Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) therapists by the Linehan Institute, and have experience treating adolescents and adults in both comprehensive and DBT-informed treatments.
