Adults
We provide individual psychotherapy to adults exploring personal, professional, romantic, sexual, and religious dimensions of their experience and identity — helping untangle some of life's most confusing situations and foster clarity and direction.
Our clinicians are trained in a range of treatment modalities, including Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We work collaboratively to identify patterns and underlying issues that may be getting in the way of feeling good and living the life you want to lead.
Services
Children, Teens & Parenting
We work with children and teens experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, and with parents seeking to shape their child's or teen's behavior in ways that help them reach their full potential.
When seeking help for your child or teen, it's essential to find an ally who can troubleshoot issues particular to your individual child or teen. We work with both you and your child or teen to develop new skills and find ways for them to succeed, through a combination of:
Child- and teen-focused sessions give your child or teen the space they need to talk through what's going on. Parent-focused sessions help reshape the culture in the home to establish rules and procedures, empowering you to feel more assured and in control. School collaboration ensures continuity of interventions. Together, we aim to foster self-esteem and health in every child, teen, and parent we serve, and to create healthy parent–child relationships that balance love and limits.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do we get started? +
The first step is an initial phone call to hear briefly about what you're looking for and help set up an in-person consultation. This consultation can last 1–3 sessions, during which we'll discuss your treatment needs and determine how best to address them.
How long is the typical session? +
45 minutes.
Do you take insurance? +
We accept Aetna insurance and are out of network with any other insurance plan. If you utilize your out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with a monthly receipt to submit to your insurance plan for partial reimbursement. After payment of a deductible, out-of-network benefits typically cover 60–80% of our fee, and you may use pre-tax dollars through a flexible medical spending account to cover out-of-pocket psychotherapy expenses.
How do I know if I have "out-of-network" benefits? +
Call your insurance company and ask about your mental/behavioral health coverage. Some specific questions you might want to ask:
- Do I have coverage for mental/behavioral health services?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?

- How much do you cover for an out-of-network psychologist?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
